Some days I wake up, and I'm happy, I'm positive and ready to face the day. Other days I wake up, empty of motivation, a little bit down and all I want to do is crawl back into the comfort of my bed, and wait for the feeling to go while wallowing in a hole of self pity and scrolling social media. It's days like this that I want gone, I want to turn a day like that around and here is some advice, tips and thoughts on just how to do that.
