Maple Holistics Skincare | Ancient Clay Facial Mask* & Vitamin C Serum*

As some of you may be aware, skincare is something which I have become more and more interested in lately, realising that a quick swipe of makeup remover will no longer cut it and I need to up my skincare game a little more than I was originally. Maple Holistics is a brand that develops and manufactures their own cruelty free, natural, premium holistic products. Although I do not limit myself to only using natural products, I do prefer it as I feel like providing it works its much better for my skin and the environment if I use them.
Vitamin C Serum*, this may be specifically designed for anti ageing but it does no harm to use this even if right now I am not in that stage of skincare, plus why not start early and begin prevent any aging I will develop in the future. The ingredients of this serum designed to reverse the damage you may have been caused by the sun, boost the elasticity in your skin as well as of course anti aging effects. The Vitamin C as the name suggests is the main ingredient, and works miracles for your skin playing the main part in the claims made about the function of the serum, however all the ingredients and vitamins in this serum work together to boost your skins youthfulness and the effectiveness of the serum. The serum was very lightweight, and sunk into my skin quickly which is something I really like meaning that I'm not left feeling sticky. A bottle will last you a fair while because you really don't need a huge amount to get the desired effect. Because of all the natural ingredients, with no added fragrance or colour this should work really well for sensitive skin, and didn't leave me with any irritation at all.
Ancient Clay Facial Mask*, I don't know what it is but I have wanted to have a clay mask for ages, don't ask me why but I just needed on in my skincare stash. What I didn't realise about this clay mask is in the very practical little tub comes the powder which you then have to mix with water. Meaning that you get so much product, and this is going to last me for ages! The ratio of powder to water is 1:2 and helpfully you get provided with a handy little scoop to measure it all out with. One scoop makes a lot so I tend to halve this, just to make it all much more manageable and ensure I don't waste any. Make sure you mix it well, to create a smooth consistency and then I tend to leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Afterwards my skin felt clean, although I did feel like I needed to moisturise after use however I find this with most face masks.
