Junes Makeup Bag

I can't remember if I did this last month, but for any of you new to  my blog the basic idea is that I am trying to change up the makeup products in my makeup bag monthly, so that I use as many products as I can and try not to get stuck in a makeup rut. This month contains a lot of old favourites, as well as a couple of new products that I don't think I have ever mentioned on my blog before.

Starting off with my base, you are probably well aware if you have read my last couple of posts especially this months favourites of my latest skin care crisis. My skin has had such a weird turn for the worst, and the only explanation which I can come up with is my skin is now very dry. Bobbi Brown Moisture Rich Foundation which is dewy when you apply it, but if you have normal skin then you could powder and it would be fine. I powder a teeny amount with my MAC MSF Natural, normally just to set my undereye concealer which is MAC Pro Longwear. To avoid powder as much as I can I am using the Bourjois Bronzing Primer just to bronze up my face, and leave me looking fresh and glowy. For contour, because I love a good contour I am using the MAC Harmony blush for just a subtle contour to shape my face.
Moving onto eyes and brows, my brows hasn't been changed much so far during this series. I just love the MAC Brow Gelcreme and then the L'Oreal Brow Plumper to set everything back into place. Eyes are the most exciting bit of this months makeup bag, this YSL eyeshadow palette is just amazing and needs a lot more of love. Only issue being that its no longer sold, but just look at how beautiful it is! For the eyeliners I have picked three, these are from a set I got given from Pixi- there will be a full review coming soon but these eyeliners are just something else. So creamy to apply, but once they set they do not budge so just the perfect formula for an eyeliner. I have chosen three from the set, Black Noir, Oyster Glow and Black Cocoa just so I can choose what I fancy. Oyster Glow is good for an inner corner highlight or lining the waterline to make your eyes look brighter and bigger. For mascara is actually a sample from MAC which I have been loving, and I'm not sure quite how but I have managed to build up quite a few of these its the False Lash Extreme Black and its amazing, I may be slightly tempted to buy the whole thing.

So thats everything, more of a highend month this month- only just realised that looking back on it all. What have you been using this month?
