If you follow me on Instagram (@oisforottilie *shameless promotion*) you would of seen the Mermaids Forever Palette* already, I cannot get enough of it. Just the colours are wow, along with the pigmentation and of course its from Makeup Revolution, a brand which has so much love in the blogging community.
This Mermaids Forever Palette* comes housed in a shiny blue other packaging, and then is just the simple black packaging like most of the makeup revolution products. There is also an insert with all the names on which is loose, and as I have mentioned masses of times I really don't like them loose because guess whos already lost that sheet?! I was imaging much more unwearable colours, however although there are some crazy colours in there is such a lovely range of very versatile products.
This eyeshadow palette contains 32 different shades, and although for only £8 the pigmentation is amazing the only thing I would say is the light shades don't come out quite as pigmented compared to the darker brighter shades. I have swatchched a selection of shades in the picture above, you can really see the pigmentation of the bright colours here. The shadows are so creamy, easy to blend and buildable. If you wanted a more intense wet look almost affect I also apply them with a wet brush, which gives such an amazing effect.
I cannot wait to get more use of these bright colours in the summer, with festivals and bright themed party approaching I know this will be a key piece in my makeup look for these events. I am going to be getting a lot of use out of this palette, and I am so happy to have some colour back into my very neutral eyeshadow collection.
Have you tried this palette? What are your favourite bright shadows?

Please do some makeup looks using some of the brighter colours, I'm always too scared to use really bright shades because I never know how to 'style' them if you get what I mean! The colours look fab! xx
