The Newest Makeup Bag Additions

Last year I did a post each month focusing on what's in my makeup bag, and although it did force me to mix up the makeup I was using this year I have decided instead of doing it monthly, every now and again I would share my new additions to my makeup bag.
Since my trip to New York I have been obsessed with the two Kat Von D products which I bought, Shade and Light Contour palette has been getting so much use, more than the Anstastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit which I also bought. The shades just work really well for me, blend amazingly but I still cannot get the yellow powder under the eyes to work, is it just me? The Shade and Light Eye Palette is my new go to, I have been loving having matte neutral eyes and this palette is so useful as an essential palette to have, with neutral, warm and cool tone shades all visibly separated I use this for nearly every makeup look I create.
Topshop lipstick in Mink, I discovered this shoved at the back of a shelf out of a packed, unused and I knew I had to have it. The ideal everyday shade, a dusty brown toned pink nude shade which I have been hunting for, for what seems like forever.
A while ago I won Corrie's giveaway, which included this chubby eye liner. I didn't think much of it till recently when I couldn't find any eye liners to hand and just grabbed it to give it a go, despite the having a thicker top that what I would usually go for I find that I can still create a thick or a thin line, depending on what I'm feeling.
Seventeen Skin Wow highlighter is my new obsession, I cannot get enough of it and I literally bathe my face in it to get e maximum amount of glow and dewyness I can. It is a multiuse product, but I personally mix it in with foundation, especially any matte ones which I may have. I also like to use it on top of foundation as a liquid highlight, and if I want it to be really intense I will then go over the top with powder highlight. This is now a staple in my makeup routine, and something which I will be repurchasing throughout the year.
