It feels so good to finally be back blogging, having not blogged for nearly 3 weeks I have been brainstorming like crazy and come up with so many new ideas and I am so excited to be getting back into it! I hope all of you guys had an amazing Christmas and New Year, so weird that its 2015 already it seems so futuristic saying that. I have been loving reading all of these posts so I decided to do a quick bonus post today with my blogging resolutions and starting the year as I mean to go on.
Social Media! This year is going to be the year I learn how to use all of the social media I have but never use, pinterest, tumblr and so on. Once I have got into it and understands how it works I get so enthusiastic and use it the whole time its just the initial stage. As well as this make use of my Facebook page more than I do.
I am also going to try and start spending more time thinking planning and writing. I always have so many ideas and just run head first into doing them, but this year I am going to plan and actually think things through. Proof read my posts and generally spend more time to improve the quality of this content.
Spend more time reading and commenting on blogs, I have been reading so many blogs recently through the Bloglovin app but you can't comment very easily through there so I want to read more on my laptop so I can leave some comments because I love receiving them myself.
This year I am also going to expanding the range of posts which I have on my blog, hopefully this will make my blog appeal to more people as well as adding some diversity to my posts. Be expecting to see some DIY, Cooking, Travel and maybe fashion in there too.
Organisation is going to be key! I am a very disorganised person but this is soon to change. Since blogging for nearly a year I have learnt that you cannot blog and be disorganised. I will be investing in a diary and making more plans for each month as well as having my little notebook of ideas which I am going to start taking around with me so at every opportunity I can jot down my ideas. Also time management, I can spend a whole day dedicated to my blog and only get a couple of posts down and a handful of photos, this is something which needs to stop.
I want my blog to be improving constantly and I hope that you guys will start to notice a difference but please if you have any constructive comments I would love to hear them. Have an amazing 2015 and check back here to see all the exciting things to come!
