I say flawless base, but are you ever flawless? I don't know, however what I do know is a love this combination and it does give me a helping hand on the way to achieving that much wanted 'flawless' look. And even better all the products are drugstore and costs just under £15 all together.
I always like to moisturise my face before applying makeup, and depending on what kind of day I have ahead of me. Then straight in with my L'Oreal Dream Flawless Nude Foundation on my Real Techniques Buffing Brush, I absolutely love this foundation at the moment. There will be a full review coming very soon, its so light on your skin but has enough coverage and just leaves such a lovely satin finish on your skin. I will then apply the Collection Lasting Perfect concealer, under my eyes and also to highlight my face, if you haven't heard of this product you must of been living under a rock or something! It's so hyped about, and I really do love it and its amazing for coverage. I have been using the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush to blend that in. Finally to set it all in place Rimmel Stay Matte, another blogger favourite. I don't like to over powder my face, but the concealer does need setting so I make sure to powder anywhere I placed the concealer as well as in my T zone, with my Real Techniques Powder Brush.
As you probably gathered from that, I am a huge Real Techniques lover- I do use other brushes promise but these are just the current favourites.
What's your secret weapon for a flawless base?
