 Weightloss, meal replacement products seem to be everywhere with everyone wanting to get that 'summer body'. I am quite skeptical, as I don't truly believe in completely replacing meals however I am willing to give everything a go. Personally I wouldn't replace any meal other than breakfast, because I believe that eating a healthy balanced diet is the best thing for you, and no shake can be better than that. However breakfast is one of those meals, where it is easier to go for something that is a meal replacement and not feel like your missing out on some kind of delicious food.

I am very skeptical about them personally, as the ones plastering everyone's instagram feeds seem to be very celebrity endorsed which does slightly make me question how legit the enthusiasm for them is. It's been exactly three months, on the day that I am writing this since I introduced you to the idea of OT Gets Fit. I know, bad effort on me for not getting my act together and posting regularly. My main aim is too loose weight and gain confidence, so much easier said than done. But as well as loosing weight, I want this to be about getting fit, healthy and improving my body overall. Multi Vitamins for dieters is something I never pictured myself taking, but I promise you they are not as scary as they sound. What I didn't realise is that by dieting you are cutting down on your food intake, and therefore you are also missing out on certain minerals and vitamins which are very important in your body to keep you healthy, and in the long run will help with the weightloss. Forza is fast becoming a very popular brand, with a range of celebrities relying on these supplements- although personally I can be quite skeptical about this so I now I have the opportunity to try this myself I can form my own opinion which I can share with all of you.

The amount of times which I have said this and its never really got anywhere. I've seen no results and given up, or I have seen results but what I've been doing to achieve these results was simply a quick fix and not something which I can keep up. This time I'm determined its going to be different, I'm going to blog it. This way I'm tied into it, but can also help any of you who are trying to do that same thing. I'm not going to make an actual schedule for how often I will post fitness posts, but its going to be and on going thing so keep a look out.
